Privacy Policy

Nutech QC · Effective July 5, 2026

Nutech QC is an internal operations tool built and operated by Nutech National for its employees and authorized contractors. It is not a consumer service: accounts are created by a Nutech National administrator, and the app does nothing without one.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and work email address, plus a password we store only as a salted hash.
• Work content you add — site inspection records, equipment details, photos, file attachments, guides, and notes you upload while doing your job.
• Push notification token — if you allow notifications, Apple's anonymous device token so we can send you work alerts (for example, a guide a teammate sends you). Declining notifications disables this entirely.
• Standard server logs — IP address and request logs kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

What we do with it

We use this information for one purpose: running Nutech National's camera quality-control and installation operations. That's it.

• No advertising, ever.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs — the app contains no third-party trackers.
• No sale or sharing of data with third parties.
• No use of your data to train AI models.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Nutech National-managed servers and private object storage hosted by DigitalOcean in the United States, and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Photos and files are stored privately and are only reachable through an authenticated session.

Retention & your choices

• Your account and content are kept while you work with Nutech National; an administrator can deactivate your account at any time.
• You can turn off push notifications in iOS Settings whenever you like.
• To correct or delete information about you, contact the administrator below.
